will start with stepping into a serene environment designed for your relaxation experience begins with your choice of 30 mins back neck and shoulder massage or 60 mins full body relaxation massage, followed by stepping into our meditation room to begin your fruit platter and glass of fizz or herbal tea of your choice, ending with a guided meditation brought to you by healthy habits.
Time for 2- 1 hour experience £75.00 pp
